1. Quotation validity

Written estimates and material rates are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue, because steel and Galvalume coil prices change frequently.

2. Scope of work

The scope, materials, sheet gauge, colours and area are those stated in the signed quotation. Changes requested later may change the price and schedule and will be confirmed in writing.

3. Structural leak-proof warranty

Our written warranty applies to projects where both steel fabrication and metal sheet installation were carried out exclusively by our certified teams using approved manufacturer fasteners with EPDM washers. It covers workmanship-related leaks and weld failures under normal weather conditions.

It does not cover damage caused by third-party modifications, impact, fire, cyclones beyond design wind speed, lack of reasonable maintenance, or issues with materials supplied by the client.

4. Site access and clearances

The client is responsible for safe access to the work area, a suitable electrical connection for welding equipment, and any municipal or local structural approvals needed before assembly.

5. Payment terms

Unless the quotation states otherwise, payment is in milestones:

• 50% advance for raw steel material procurement
• 40% on completion of fabrication and sheet fixing
• 10% after pressurised leak testing and warranty certificate handover

6. Timelines

Timelines are estimates and depend on weather, site readiness, approvals and timely payments. We will inform you promptly of any expected delay.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the work order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and, failing agreement, fall under the courts of Tamil Nadu, Tamil Nadu.
